Basic Day and Night Skincare Routine

A good skincare routine for women typically consists of a few essential steps that can vary based on skin type. Here’s a basic day and night routine you can follow:


Day Routine:

1. **Cleanser**: Start with a gentle cleanser either Foaming Cleanser or Clarifying Face Wash to remove any impurities or oils from your skin.

2. **Toner**: Use a toner to balance your skin's pH and prepare it for the next steps.

3. **Serum**: For over 25 Apply a serum that targets your specific skin concerns (e.g., hydration, brightening, anti-aging).

4. **Moisturiser**: Use a lightweight moisturiser to hydrate your skin.

5. **Sunscreen**: Finish with a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to protect your skin from UV damage.










Night Routine:

1. **Cleanser**: Use our makeup remover cloth wet with warm water, if you wear makeup, followed by your regular cleanser Clarifying face wash and double cleansing with foaming cleanser.

2. **Toner**: Simply spritz our Rose Aloe toner to refresh and hydrate your skin.

3. **Serum**: Use our Vitamin ACE serum that focuses on feeding your skin with vitamin A(retinol) Vitamin C and Vitamins E & Hyaluronic Acid to hydrate, repair and rejuvenation the skin.

4. **Moisturizer**: followed by our Vitamin ACE moisturiser to lock in moisture overnight.

5. **Eye Cream**: If desired, use our PRO AGE eye cream to target dark circles or puffiness.


Additional Tips:

- Exfoliate 1-2 times a week to remove dead skin cells.

- Adjust products based on your skin type (oily, dry, combination, sensitive).

- Stay hydrated and maintain a healthy diet for overall skin health.
